Greg Barton
Prior to forming Stumptown Realty, Greg Barton worked as an Assistant Attorney General for the State of Oregon in the Business Transactions Section. As an attorney and real estate broker, Greg has extensive experience in drafting and reviewing real estate contracts, easements, deeds, and other agreements. As a practicing attorney, Greg is an expert in BOTH real estate and law, and is a major reason Stumptown Realty stands alone in Portland. Greg is an active church musician, has an MS in Biochemistry, a Juris Doctorate, and lives with his wife and two sons in Northeast Portland.

Brock Noyes
Brock graduated from Stanford University and ran his own entrepreneurial business in Vermont for well over a decade. Eventually returning to the Pacific Northwest, Brock ran his own real estate investment company in Portland for over a decade, and two of his projects were featured in the Oregonian. As a highly experienced player in the Portland marketplace, Brock now devotes his attention to Stumptown Realty. He knows all the angles which will help you advantageously purchase a new home, or prepare your home for maximum re-sale. Brock was a founding Board member of Yoga Co-op, is on the Board of the Breitenbush Fire Dept, and is the basketball coach of the Hornets in the inner city kids' league. Like Greg, Brock is a skilled musician, and he lives in Southeast Portland with his son Shane.
